1. How do I place an order?
When you've found something you wish to purchase click on that item to open the product page. Choose your colour and size and click “ADD TO CART” to add this item to your Cart.
2. How do I remove an item from my Cart?
Click on the Trolley in the top right corner. Once you are in Your Cart find the item you want removed and click the red Delete item button. To see what you have in Your Bag click on the Your Trolley link in the top right corner. When you are ready to checkout click the Checkout button underneath your product information and follow the prompts.
3. What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express or PayPal.
4. Can I use my Gift Card online?
Yes, but please note If the giftcard was purchased online it can only be used online.
5. Do you do exchanges?
Yes we do do exchanges for change of mind purchases or for a diferent size, you have (30) thirty days from your original purchase date to return your items back to us in there original condition, tickets attatched and unworn, however In the interests of hygiene we do not offer change of mind exchanges on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear.
6. Extended Exchange time frames for purchases in December.
Over the Christmas shopping period, Salt 66 offers an extended return and exchange period to ensure that everyone is happy with their purchases during this time. Purchases made from December 1st can be exchanged as per the above guidelines up until the 15th of January the following year.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a fault, it will need to be sent back to us for an assesment before a refund is issued. Return shipping will be at the customers cost, however once the product has been deemed faulty and a refund has been granted the cost for the returned postage will also be re embursed to the customer.
8. What currencies can I use?
Australian dollars only (AUD).
9. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to any location in Australia where Australia Post can make deliveries.
10. Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes. Australia Post will leave a note in your PO Box that you need to take to the counter of the stated post office to then sign for your parcel.
11. How much does delivery cost?
Express Shipping and handling is $10.00. Please note that Express Shipping is not available in all parts of Australia - to see if you apply please check on the Australia Post website and find your state and postcode.
12. Can I place an item on hold for purchase at a later date?
Sorry, but we do not offer this option.
